The integration between Sendcloud and eWarehousing eWMS offers webshop owners the ability to streamline and automate their shipping processes. With this integration, orders from the webshop can seamlessly synchronize with eWarehousing eWMS and then be forwarded to Sendcloud for efficient handling of shipments.
This guide provides a step-by-step procedure to establish the Sendcloud integration within eWarehousing eWMS. By following these instructions, you can ensure that orders are processed and shipped effortlessly, providing customers with a fast and reliable shipping experience.
Make sure you have both an active Sendcloud account and access to your eWarehousing eWMS administrator before you begin.
Step 1: Obtain Sendcloud integration ID
- Log in to your Sendcloud account.
- Go to 'Settings' and select 'Integraties'.
- Edit your existing integration by clicking on 'Configureren'.
- Copy the generated integration ID, as you will need it later in eWarehousing eWMS.
- In this example the integration ID is: 315292
Step 2: Log in to eWarehousing eWMS
- Log in to your eWarehousing eWMS account with the appropriate user rights.
- Go to settings and add an API user that you will use later for your webshop.
- You can find this under User management -> API Access and then click on the appropriate user. EACH WEBSHOP HAS ITS OWN API USER!
- Save the new user.
- The Settings field becomes active. Paste the previously copied integration ID into it.
- Save the changes.
Step 3: Test the integration
- Go to your webshop and place a test order with Sendcloud.
- Verify that the order is correctly forwarded to eWarehousing eWMS and that the data is correctly synchronized with Sendcloud. The shipping method is currently only available at the packing table. You can also retrieve the shipping method 5 minutes after the order has been submitted.
Congratulations! You have successfully linked Sendcloud to eWarehousing eWMS. Now, orders from your webshop can be automatically processed using Sendcloud's shipping services.
Note! For old integrations like WooCommerce, the API user must also be linked in the old portal: portal.ewarehousing.nl
Make sure the order reference in sendcloud are equal to the eWarehousing eWMS external reference!
